Dinner w/ Sandy, Derek & Friends   RSS
Derek & Sandy's yearly visit to SF from their new home on Maui! They own a restaurant in Maui (called Tastings) and have heard about SF's Marina restaurant A 16 on many occasions, so they had to try it for themselves. And try it we did! I think we had 1 of everything on the menu & it was a feast! Delicious wine, food & wonderful company. xoxo

A & F are long time fans of Tastings restaurant (and Derek's amazing cooking) from when it was located in Healdsburg, and have remained in contact with Derek & Sandy even after they relocated to Maui! Frank works at a winery and knows his wines & great food! They are a very sweet couple and it was so fun to get to know them lastnight!
